Before Greg joined Overtone, he would jam with Ayesu 3x a week.

One night while practicing songs, Greg and Ayesu wrote the core of what became "Groove". Fortunately, the recorder was rolling, and the whole thing was captured.

The good majority of it was improvised. You can hear Ayesu molding the lyrics and melodies that would make it to the final version.
